Hi, with the new technologies and the extensions of the programming languages, now we can see on internet sites graphically very pleasant.
Sites full of animations and new and unconventional solutions to visualize the pages.

Considering that the tendency in making sites is the one described above, and considering that my primary job is photographer/graphics and the secondary is computer advisor, you might expect from me a site full of these graphics solutions.
Nevertheless, when I sat down to make the project of this site, I asked to myself if all this wonderful graphic solutions would be useful to transmit what I wanted to people surfing my site.

The answer is “no”.

At the moment I can transmit both my ideas and the atmosphere simply using the HTML. 
The questions is extensible to other sites, how many sites have an intro page with a fascinating flash animation ?.
A lot!
And how many people, looking that the site is so structured, greed for the “skip Intro” link?.
This just to skip this intro, fascinating as we want, but that makes the surfing heavier and just a loss of time.
At least all the people I know skip these intros very quickly.

Coming back to my site, if you will steadily read all the contents upgrade, you will realize that I am a friend of the progress and innovation.
I am just saying that all things will be used in the right place.
It is absolutely possible that refining my site or when I will add particulars upgrades, I will use the new web technologies: just when it is necessary.

Con le nuove tecnologie e l’estensione dei linguaggi, si vedono ormai su internet siti graficamente molto belli, pieni di animazioni e di soluzioni insolite per la visualizzazione delle pagine.
Dal momento che la tendenza è quella ed in più io sono un fotografo/grafico come attività primaria e consulente informatico come attività secondaria, sarebbe logico aspettarsi da me un sito come quelli sopra descritti.
Tuttavia, quando mi sono seduto per progettare questo sito mi sono domandato. “mi servono tutte quelle belle cose per trasmettere quello che voglio a chi naviga il mio sito?”.
La risposta è no.
Allo stato attuale riesco a trasmettere sia il concetto scritto che l’atmosfera visiva con il banalissimo HTML.

Fra l’altro il discorso si potrebbe anche estendere: quanti sono oramai i siti che nella pagina di ingresso hanno un affascinate filmato in flash?.
Tantissimi!.
E quanti di voi vedendo che il sito è così strutturato cercano avidamente il link “skip intro” per saltare questo intro bello fin che si vuole ma che appesantisce la navigazione e fa perdere tempo?. Tutte le persone che io conosco, almeno, lo “skippano” molto velocemente.

Ma torniamo al mio sito: se avrete la costanza di leggere tutti i miei aggiornamenti, comprenderete che io sono tutt’altro che un nemico delle novità e del progresso. Dico solo che le cose vanno usate al posto giusto e al momento giusto.
Non è detto che in futuro quando comincerò a perfezionare il sito, quando farò magari aggiunte particolari, userò nuove tecnologie, ma solo se e quando sarà necessario.
